Public Events & Discount Rates

Photos taken in 2D or 3D will be added to our database of digital assets. Solutions of Consequence, LLC may at any time offer digital or physical prints of your scan for sale publicly.

You grant Solutions of Consequence LLC permission to use your likeness in any and all publications, including web-sites, social media, and printed advertisements, without payment or any other consideration.

You agree that these materials will become the property of Solutions of Consequence LLC and will not be returned.

You authorize Solutions of Consequence LLC permission to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, distribute, print, publish, electronically or otherwise, the photos for their programs, events, bulletins, newsletters, web-sites, or any other lawful purpose.

In addition, you waive the right to inspect the final product , including spoken, written or electronic copy related to the use of the photographs or videos.

Opting Out

You may at your discretion OPT OUT of inclusion in our digital asset database. You will lose all discounts previously applied and will be required to pay the current MSRP.

Liability Waiver

You agree to hold and release and forever discharge Solutions of Consequence LLC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person acting on your behalf, or on the behalf of your estate, have or may have by reason of this authorization.
